Gang Intervention Training

The center is developing a gang intervention training program that includes training in mediation and negotiation. The program is designed for gang intervention workers and staff at schools, recreation and community centers and juvenile detention centers. We are developing DVDs and a manual for mediation and negotiation training for resolving conflicts in violent contexts. The program development was funded by the JAMS Foundation.
