Since 1999, the Center for Citizen Peacebuilding has regularly promoted and published research on nonviolence by students and faculty at UCI. Research is conducted and supported through fellowships, conferences and hands-on participation in citizen peacebuilding. This research is an essential step in nonviolent conflict resolution and in spreading awareness of global issues.
