UCI/RPP REFLECTING ON PEACE PRACTICE WORKSHOP

Dialogue Efforts in Peace Processes

Co-sponsored by the Collaborative for Development Action
and UCI's Citizen Peacebuilding Program

May 16-18, 2002

The results of this conference contributed to "Confronting War: Critical Lessons for Peace Practitioners," a publication that focuses on the effectiveness of international programming in addressing the causes and dynamics of war and violent civil conflict. The work identifies those things that experience suggests drive effectiveness of peace efforts, and provide frameworks helpful for designing more effective programs.
