Peace & Justice Week began as a goal of the student club, Students for Global Peacebuilding (SGP), to bring peace awareness to the campus and to inspire individuals to work toward a better today. Peace & Justice Week is an opportunity to learn about the pragmatic and systems-changing tactics of peacebuilding and nonviolence from leading experts in the field.

Goals of Peace & Justice Week:

  • Encourage community connectedness at UCI
  • Gain conflict resolution skills
  • Examine how peacebuilding programs have made an impact
  • Explore career options in peacebuilding
  • See how art can promote peace
  • Have fun!

Thank you to everyone and their support who has made our vision of the possible. To get involved with SGP, or for more information, send us an email here:
